This morning I was visiting my favourite website legitstuff.com and I came across an advert by AIRTEL UNLIMITED browsing I was happy but as soon as I clicked the link I was taken to Airtel Kenya I was very sad, it dawn on my that this is not targeted to Nigeria and It made me decide to post this here and asking Airtel when they intend to bring this kind of plan to Nigeria because we need it especially now that the economy is low, this kind of plan will make people flood their network, sometimes I actually don't blame these telecoms guys I blame the regulatory agencies who would have ensure Nigerian are giving affordable tariff in data and calls but don't do much in that aspect, to who it may concern especially AIRTEL Nigeria please introduce this kind of plan to Nigeria.

There is nothing like unlimited browsing. Even at&t, t mobile in the US do not offer unlimited browsing, there is always a data pack. Whatbthy have however is unlimited Netflix streaming. Yes they signed a deal with Netflix to implement that.

If u read carefully u will know this airtel plan is not unlimited. What they offer is continuous access to social networks like Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp once exhausted ur data plan. Trust me they will throttle u down to as low as 52kb/s speed , yes it will be as slow as a snail just to send a Whatsapp message, in the end u will be frustrated to go and renew ur plan.

In the part of the world i reside (UK) i have unlimited 4G plan on my phone from 3UK, and the H+ speed has never dropped below 15+mbps.. unlimited wifi @ home from Sky.. So unlimited plans do exist, depends on where you reside..

Telkom Kenya's CDMA Turbo plan is truly unlimited with a maximum of 600KBps though and their Home plan throttles to 256KBps after 40GB is consumed
