America is known for feeding where she did not plant. Our government should be careful of going into unholy agreement with them. Nigeria need to develop human resources we're endowed with so that our natural resources can be tapped into... take China and Singapore for example

Americans and Europeans would not love to do business in Africa or Nigeria, in particular because of their strong anti-laundering, anti-corruption and bribery laws. The only major country that would not hesitate is China and that is why the Chinese are everywhere in Africa. A strong stance on anti-corruption will only increase the willingness of Americans to do business in Nigeria. We have cheap labour and a huge market; these are pre-requisite for real investors.

We need to monetize the cost of corruption so that Nigerians can see the damage corruption has done to us. I challenge newspapers to take this up.

No country can live in isolation, no country can survive alone. We all need partners and allies.

Every country that does business with the US do prosper--Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, SA etc

That was what Tafawa Balewa was doing before they killed him.

They pray for bad luck that will destroy the economy simply because they hate the new government. Such is life. That was how we waited patiently for years until God brought CHANGE at last.

Animosity cannot do us well. It is only in Nigeria that you see hatred walking on the street..The worst part of it is that they do not want to see any positive change in their country because of personal sentiments. Carry go PMB!

QuotaSystem:
There is no doubt that the enormous human capital we are endowed with, whose potential had hitherto been diluted by corrupt and inept leadership, now has the latitude and right atmosphere to fully blossom, which will consequently result in us becoming an economic powerhouse as predicted.

It is now the pastime of corruption advocates and ethnic bigots that see nothing good about this administration, to hang on our current economic challenges to disparage the President, forgetting that we were plunged in this mess by the corrupt PDP leadership and several decades of military rule, which reached a climax with the failed and utterly corrupt, incompetent and clueless leadership of Goodluck Jonathan and his dollar merchants.

We don't need the U.S. to know that from that bottom level, the only way to go is up!

God bless President Buhari and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Buhari is chronically mismanaging the crisis. His economic policies are nothing to write home sbout.

The difference between the official rate of 197 and the parallel at 302 is symptomic of that.

Soludo and Sanusi have both condemned his policies.

The naira is heading to 400 by year end. Only Babangida is capable of achieving the same feat!

This was how they said Nigeria will be amongst the Top 20 economies by 2020, as a young boy I was following this predicition, in anticipation of good things to come. We re in 2016, 4yrs to go, yet it doesn't seem like we'll be in the TOP 20.......so they come up with another prediction since the old one is unrealistic, usa make una kwantinu oo
