It's murder, the blood splash on the wall suggested that she was shot from the left but the gun is in her right hand making it impossible for it to b suicide, otherwise, the blood splash wld have been on the left not on the right.

No one in his/her right mind will conclude that this is a murder or suicide this is just a picture and is unprofessional to just use only a picture to conclude an investigation, forensic text or analysis has to be carried out. This picture will not tell the trajectory of the bullet , the mount of gunshot residues on the hand and the bullet wound and the ballistic analysis of the gun has to be done . The only way you can just determine if it is a murder or suicide is if there is an eye witness ..

This was suicide.

The victim smoked a few sticks and took a drink during/before writing his suicide note. He is right-handed, judging from the direction of the paper; left hand for drinking and smoking, right for pen and eventually gun.

He puts the light off to avoid being seen by any passer-by while carrying out his act. The slippers is just random, probably threw one leg off in one direction and the other leg in the next before the suicide (we do this sometimes) and it probably suggests anxiety, he didn't have the calm to arrange the pair together.

After writing, he arranges the stool under the table, most likely he pushed it to the wall. He then kneels down backing the table and pulls the trigger. His shooting in the kneeling position explains the trajectory of the blood splash.

From his death position, you can see that there was no manipulation as it fits exactly with a fall from a kneeling position. His holding the gun and cigarette after being shot can be explained as Post Morten reflex, notice that when suicide scenes are being staged in movies the gun is always placed in the victims hands.

finally someone gets it,the slippers is random,for two reason the angle the facing am has nothing to do with the scene,if the slippers shud be positioned abit lower towards the victims feet or even lower than the victims feet not higher at that degree. The second pair of slippers is not in the scene also.
And finally how many people wear slippers in there study space?. The answer is like zero or very slim number, the slipers is just random,like the vessel.

First misleading detail - he is writing a letter.
Popular misconception - it is therefore a suicide note.
The dead man is a leftie i.e. he is left-handed (just like mua). You can observe this by how he placed his pen on the note to the left, the left-side slant of his handwriting, his left hand is used for smoking et al.
FACT: suicidal people use their dominant hand in the act. Hence his gun wielding right hand is a very improbable option.

broz he cant be left handed not even remotely, how many left hand him get, the way the paper is slanted suggests he was writing with his right hand ,the gun and the paper are slanted at the same direction, check,his glass is also slanted at that very same direction,the way the pen is slanted suggests that he intentionally used it to hold the paper,plus the pen is placed horizontal, not like the gun or tip of the paper,which are slightly vertical "check".

And if the victim was left handed,then yhu saying he drank,smoke and wrote with his left hand at the same time,vias the ass plate and coke can to da left,which is not making sense.
If yhu right handed,take a piece of paper and write, i bet yhu yhud place da paper exactly the way he place especially if the space of the table small and yhu can not rest the rest of yhur arm length on the table, yhu will slight the paper to create more space.for yhu to rest yhur arm.

Murder..... The hand clutching the gun is under the dress table which should be impossible since it would have hit the table before and the gun would have fallen out

Easy! From the blood shattering on the wall means she shot herself with her left hand. She has a stick of cigarette on her left hand.

And if it were suicide, the blood splash wouldnt be on that side of the wall considering that she is holding the gun on her right hand.

And she would drop towards the direction of the bullet and so will the blood splash.


In agreement with your logic, I perceive she was trying to get away from the shooter, that explains why the slippers isn't on her leg and and the shooter most certainly stood in the direction facing the wall.

look closely at †ђξ pix u will see that †ђξ reading lamp was not pluged in and I'd u are writing i think ℓ̊t normal to plug †ђξ reading lamp to see clearly. This is just to add to †ђξ other fact u guys have stated

Murder. If she had shot herself, the blood would have spilled on her left side or around her and not behind her, since it appears she shot from her right.

1. Because with the gun on the right-hand and the splash of blood on the right side of the wall doesn't fit a suicide scene.

2. Because if she wrote a suicide note she would've have finished smoking the cigarette before pulling the trigger.

3. Because the the gun is still in her hand despite falling from a chair/standing position after a gun shot to the temple at close range suggest murder arranged to look like suicide.

The murder was suicidal.

The victim was not standing, the victim was sitting. do the maths on how tall the victim is and and where the blood stain on the wall would have been had a he been standing or sitting, then you might be able to tell the difference.

The best of prove of murder is that she is still holding the gun after falling to the ground

Is MURDER, cause the gun is on his right hand,while the blood stain. Is on the left, if he has shot himself ,the blood on the wall would be on the left side not right,and the gun would not have been held tightly in his hand. Conclusion: someone stood at his left side and shot him,putting the gun in his hands to look like murder,unfortunately,is the wrong hands

Correct u should be a crime scene detective

Clear murder! She hold the gun with her right hand and the blood splashed on the wall by her right hand side, the blood should have splashed to her left hand side if she is shooting from her right hand.

First she was shot while she was seated, she was shot from the left hand and the gun was in her right hand. am sure its not after her death she change it to the right hand, the force of the gun was the one that pushed her to that direction in which her head is and the person that murder her was a close or known face cause it was a close shot, that is why the house was not scattered cause she didnt struggle or try to escape because. let me stop there. its a murder case and they idiot try to frame her but he left clues behind.

Allow me to add another angle to this case. for all writing murder, am not disputing it oo, I am just saying, what if after writing whatever he wrote, he picked up his gun, turn around and shot himself, cost he wouldn't want to be staring himself in the mirror and probably having double mind.

There's no prove d man is left handed, if you're a smoker writing a letter, you'll hold the cigarette in your weaker hand, while using ur stronger hand to write the letter, some comments seem correct though, there's no grey matter, there's no evidence of shock.

Ńb. It's also possible he's faking his death because, the splatter should be random, not concentrated, there should be random drops on the floor, another point is the body arrangement is just to comfortable.
