Das global Ventures is an indigenous manufacturing company in the pharmaceutical industry. We are recruiting to fill this position Job Description: • Maintain good relationships with the company’s customers through regular Phone contact, e-mails or personal contacts. • Get the sale using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.) • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues • Monitor and ensure the achievement of sales objectives • Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals • Track, collate and interpret sales figures • Generate timely sales reports • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis • Maintaining and improving relationships with clients. • Client relationship management • Devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets • Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness • Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationships • Working towards stipulated targets. • Negotiating payment and pricing • Following up on business leads and referrals • Travelling to various client locations • Report on sales activities to top management • Establishing personal networks • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects • Converting prospects to customers • Rigorous follow-up of leads generated through various marketing channels • Gather market intelligence on competitors Requirements: • Qualification: B.Sc (any discipline) • Sales oriented • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy • Technical sales skills • Proven experience in customer relationship management • Relevant product and industry knowledge • Proven field sales experience • Self-motivated and driven Key Competencies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Organization and planning • Excellent Communication skill • Problem analysis and problem-solving • Persuasiveness • Adaptability • Negotiation skills • Decision making Interested candidates should send their CV to dasglobalventures22@yahoo.com and indicate the job role as subject. |
