They might not have even had any romantic feelings for each other while the case was ongoing.

It's possible they might have met again after the case at a party/ function and started talking, got friendly and feelings developed from there.
Or they might have met at a club, got drunk slept together, and she got pregnant.

These are different scenarios, but no one can actually say for sure when those two started their relationship, or when they both started developing feelings for each other.

This is why I don't even regard all these inferior courts as 'court',most especially customary courts,area courts. That is why even our constitution did not recognise them as courts..it's only the Interpretation Act that even to some extent included them as court,infact The Evidence Act expressly excluded them. Most of them carry out their judicial functions with laxity and without regard to what public policy demands,imagine! impregnating a woman. You can still find good ones among the 'magistrates ' though.

Crazier stories exist in other places. This story sef is not even crazy. It would have been crazy if she gave birth for another man/ the judge while the divorce was still ongoing. Heck, even Kim kardashian got pregnant for Kanye West while still married to another man. She gave birth like 2 or 3 months after her divorce.

If there is anything I have observed in these marital squabbles, it's hard to see a woman release the first fatal blow. Once the woman releases half measure, it's just a matter of time before you see the man bleeding all over the place seeking sympathy. No woman wants a ruined home, so am always patient to get to the woman's side of the story. He is just unhappy that she could move on so fast, nothing more.

You're right there are different possible scenarios.She married the man after the divorce was finalised so she was free to have married ANYBODY.

Remember, they've been separated for at least 10 months before the divorce became finalised. He had 10 months to mend bridges and keep his family together but he didn't do that.
Yeah, the story sounds so "funny- one kind" but really, I don't think anyone has the right to tell an adult who to fall in love with, or how to live their lives. The got together AFTER the divorce. The divorce brought them to meet, I think it was just a chance thing.

The man is not fighting for his EX to come.

But he is fighting for his children now living with the Judge and his investment in the so called school .

If it is now unethical, the Judge won't be disciplined.

His action totally destroyed every Judgment he gave in favor of the woman.

The judge is not in trouble for marrying the woman but for abuse of office (restricting him equal access to his kids whilst keeping them in his house, possible false allegations & using the police to harass him). His association with the woman may have impaired his ability to discharge his duties in fairness to both parties.

se the man wanted a divorce and he's the one who took the woman to court so why is he crying now she's moved on with her life I'am sure he was listening to the Nairaland type telling him no one will a divorced woman with kids so she'll come beg him lol shock catch him when the woman upgraded sef As long as the Judge and woman were not dating during the Court Case which is very possible then there's no misconduct. That she got pregnant 3months after is not evidence, all it takes to get pregnant is one time. She could have gotten pregnant immediately they started dating . He has a right to appeal concerning custody if he feels the judgement wasn't fair but him just taking the kids away from school without a court order when the court gave the woman primary custody of the kids is him breaking the law. Only thing he can complain about is custody and let him do it the right way, its not his business who she chose to marry after they were already divorced.

I'm not in support of the husband but I think she aired by geting married to the judge. Inasmuch as she has the right to marry whosoever she wants, it shdnt be the judge. There's a conspiracy in this.

Though the relationshp btw d judge n d woman cld be described as mutual bt it's purely an abuse of office. Some courts do give an option or suggest alternative dispute resolutn to cases both domestic n civil. It means he became interested in d woman immediately he set his eyes on her. At best he cld hv stepped down from d case as judicial ethics demand. If he had done that without influencing the outcome of the case it would have been morally upright. from my understanding of the whole episode.... their was a relationship BTW the judge and the woman before she ever thought of divorcing her husband.
