Its alryt to go outta shape bh its bettr to knw wen to get bk in line.do you sumtimes feel depressed cos of ur size? Are u havn health issues cos of ur size?? Do u sumtimes feel odd amongst frnds when u go out??then its time to do sumtin about it,wth determination,discipline and perseverance u surely can get d body u desire,d road is rough bh @ d end its blissful.if I cld achieve it wtout takn any kinda pill,caffeine or any slimmn tea watsoever nt evn greentea NAH!!! Den y can't U do itstart 2day and achieve d difference 2moro.I strted it nd wth tym it wrked so I dcided to reach out to u guyz nd encourage u so ul knw u can do it too.I'm nt here to market any product,,I'm jx here to let you know dat wth determination,discipline and perseverance u can be however u wanna be.

My dear,I jx dedicated my time to skippn 90 minutes a day plus situps.I divided d ninety minutes to 30 mins morn,30 aft,30mins eve plus intensive dieting and I lost 17kg in 3mnths.

Sweetie, you needn't have gone through that stress cos of the impression you had about your size 'cos you were not really fat going by your before pictures. You don't even look overweight in those earlier pics much less fat. Just look at how beautiful your legs were in the before pics, they were plump and sweet and attractive. I bet they're all skinny and bony right now. I swear you looked sweeter initially.

In any case, if you're happy with your new weight, then I'm happy for you too. Whatever rocks your boat.

100 skips per minute makn it 3000 skips for 30mins aftr 1 mnth I graduated to 200skips in 2 mins for 30 mins still makn it 3000,I set a timer bh u can use d wall clock to knw wen to start after every hundred.I wrkout mon,tue,rest on wed den do thur,fri and enjoy my weekend.so in total 4 days a week bh 3 times daily.I was 86 wen I strted now I'm 68.for d situps,I strtd wth 20 aftr evri 30mins den graduated to 30 den 40 nd now I do 50 after evri 30mins dats 150 evri wrkout day.I hope my analysis helped.den 4 ur eatn pls eat very little food nd wen its past 6 eat fruits like carrot nd apple and vry ripe pawpaw and mango,make sure dey are over ripe@d pawpaw n mango den u can chew on groundnut or cashewnut jx a littl(nt mch).

Do not let anyone dissuade you from following any life path you have chosen, which you feel good about
Staying plump so that men can admire you is kinda silly when you think about it no ? cheesy especially when you consider the unhealthy feelings that may be associated with excess weight-breathing, sleep difficulties, etc.. I am sure your skin glows now, therefore you do not need to buy expensive moisturisers and soaps.....and many other benefits....
I am glad you are doing this for yourself, and not for anyone...this is how it should be.
And if you wanna be big? It should be for yourself and nobody else

Lemme try my best to analyse it 2 u.get a phone timer or a wristwatch or a wallclock put it wre u can easily see it,if possibl let d wrist watch b rubber proof so ur sweat in ur wrist area won't spoil it but 4 d most convienient st a wall clock wre u can easily see it so u won't stress urself in d few seconds u av to rest tryn to luk @ d tym.after dat being done,wait till d ticking long hand of d clock gets to 12 nd start skippn,count in ur mind,wen u get to 100 d clock hand will be btw 8 and 9,(meaning 40 or 45 seconds dependn on ur speed)u rest 4 d few seconds lef(15 or 20seconds) till it hits 12 again u start.note d time u started.if u do it ds way,u will get 100 per minute meaning 100 for 45 minutes nd rest d 15mins.if u want to do 200 per minute,wen d tickn hand gets to 12 u start nd count,wen u reach 200,d tickn hand will be in 3 or 4(meaning 1minute 20 seconds) den u rest nd wait till it crossess over and hits 12 den u start again.by ds way uve done 200 in 2 minutes and u rest for 40 secondsquote author=puffynana post=45497216]

But after doing 100 in 45secs for 3 times wud u still be able to continue to keep up with 45secs?
Considering my own experience, my wrist start to get weak, pains in the shoulders, feet pain and to crown it all tiredness

Yes my dear u can,its more effective dts y its more painful but u can start wth 10minutes dats 1000 by my calculation and u grow from der to 15,20,25 and then 30.....10 minutes @1000 is more effective dan d 30minutes @ 1050 u normally do.....u can start wth 10 minutes 3 times a day,dats 30 minutes@ 3000 a day from der u graduate,excercise is step by step,no rushn. grin

it's easy to maintain ur body structure than to resize it to more smaller body structure bt lemme let u know this

I guess u are spending more than 30mins during ur training session bcus it's impossible for a beginner to do 3000 skips in 30mins if u try that belive me, they need bring out ur heart and put it in refrigerator for another 30mins before putin it inside u

going by ur analysis 100skips in 1min that 3000skips in 30mins

if I may ask what's ur resting time after 1min skips cus I guess u will be using minimum of 1min rest after 1min skip that's to say in total u are doing a maximum of 1500skips for 30mins.

am a fitness trainer so I know what it means for one to achieve this great achievement u have

Gud day trainer,I'm sorry to dsapoint u bh jx like my analysis dts hw I wrk out,100skips takes m 40 seconds to achieve,I rest for 20 seconds makn it 1 minute then I start agin for anoda 40 seconds,rest 20 seconds,I do dis 30 times and I finish at 30minutes on d dot.100 times 30 is 3000 so yes,I achieve it wtout my heart falln off.I strted wth 1000 for ten minutes nd graduated to 1500 at 15 minutes den matured to 3000 at 30 minutes on d dot!
