Before I start this thread lemme state categorically that I'm asking this question not to cause any religious war, but out of the genuine curiosity of my heart. So if you have plans to come here and throw a mocking line pls stay off.

So...my question goes

If muslim men are promised 72 virgins when they get to paradise, what do women get? In life, the thought of rewards for an action done can make you put your very best into any endeavors. So what do women get?

Pls my muslim brothers and sisters, would really appreciate you taking a little time to enlighten me.

I have a muslim friend I usually ask any question pertaining to Islam. He's a staunch muslim and ever ready to answer my questions. But of recent I ve been unable to get across to him.

Yea, I'm curious o, especially when I see staunch muslim sisters. I understand when the men are very dedicated, but the women? Not so much. My muslim friend is who you'll refer to as a 'deeper life' muslim. He doesn't miss any prayer, doesn't drink, smoke, and has never cheated on his wife (according to him). His wife is not as dedicated and I think in a way I feel her cos there really isn't a reason for her to be so zealous, abi.

What do you as human promised when you are devoted to your creator?

I am a muslin and I am so ignorant of do many things to the extent of not believing our creator, mine creator said 72 virgins for my Muslim brothers

I am a believer who believes here on earth I will be happy and much more happier when I am no more

I follow and believe in the religion of Islam.

I am a Muslim, but I am not dangerous.

I am Muslim, but I am not easily offended.

Terrorists are not Muslims.

Terrorism has no religion. The Quran says: “Whoever kills a person, it is as though he has killed all mankind. And whoever saves a life, it is as though he had saved all mankind.” (Quran, 5:32) For me Islam is not just a religion, it is the environment I am brought up in. It forms a part of who I am. Islam influences my upbringing, my behaviour and my thoughts, in other words my whole life. I was born as a Muslim and I will die as a proud Muslim.

Islam is my identity!!

That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment,

Sounds pretty horrible to me, especially since the phrase 'to cause corruption' is not defined. Perhaps being a Christian or atheist is 'spreading corruption' and therefore they may be crucified and have their hands and feet hacked off?

AL-MA'IDAH Verse 5:33 has frequently been quoted by disbelievers against the Qur'an. To understand the verse we need to be aware of the Qur'an as a whole!

As well as be in possession of the necessary faith and wisdom provided by Allah.

From this post I can deduce that you are just a muslim because you were unfortunate enough to be born as one and you remain one because of a lifetime off intensive brain washing. If you can't say the reward you were promised as a faithful muslim woman, it means your faith is in vain and based on acute delusion.
