Guy, it does more than that now. This time around, it will not disappear and will give u confirmed H+ but to use 1mb from ur data, U would use like 50% of ur phone's battery life. That is even with proper settings oh (gloflat as apn, flat for username and pw). stewpeed network.

This is serious. I was thinking of going back to Glo network when I saw the awuf plan of 6gig for 2k . I have to rethink then. Thanks for d info

Same experience I've been battling with since last week. And nobody should tell me that "it might be your location" shit. My neighbour here is using the good old BBM plan and the thing is blazing. But my own 6GB is almost useless! It was clearly a plot by Glo. They separated BBM plans from these new plans and decided to frustrate those who jump on the new bandwagon.

I wonder why peeps keep badmouthing Glo. If you say mtn or airtel is lousy in ur area, they are quick to tell you that its probably cos of your location. But with Glo, they quickly forget that.

Anyway, Glo rocks in this my area called Mowe in Ogun state. if I hear say I no do that 2500 sub lasan.

It is actually your location. I have been using Glo for more than 5 months now, and its been really blazing fast.

I have also been to some locations where it is crawling like a snail. So, it depends on where you are.

Network speeds are dependent on location, no doubt about that. But it is very obvious that glo network is very bad in majority of locations and probably stable in a few locations. U cannot deny that. Everybody on nairaland cannot be wrong. Open a thread about glo Internet and what u will see is people saying the networks appears and disappears at will. I've had the experience too and I dumped the stewpid sim a long time ago. Glo might work well for u, all good but there's no denying it's been bad for majority. This is why they are bringing out really cheap data to lure people back. They need to put their sh*t together.

Glo might be blazing fast in mowe, but in major cities like lagos they can't get their Internet to be stable

It hasn't come to that, unless of course u have a stake in glo. If not I see no reason for ur choice of words. Glo is working well for u, good. But it ain't working well for majority. I can't change my location just because I want to use glo when there are other alternatives.
