Electricity in Nigeria has become something else; we spend between 20-22 hours in darkness on daily basis, from the beginning of 2016.

I know from 2010-2015, that I relocated to Nigeria; we use to have between 12-16hours on daily basis.

Even if Nigeria power supply will improve, we understand it will take some time, but taking many step backward from what we use to have, doesn’t show any sign that we are in the hands of a better government in regards to electricity.
Is Nigerians been toy with? Are they just laughing @ us?

Are they not giving us electricity, because they want to generate more money with fuel at 145 naira?

As I'm writing now, I'm in darkness for close to 48hours!

Even in my area @ ladipo,mofoluku oshodi some times is up to 15 days b/4 they give us for just an hour so we hv adapt to it

Part of the problem with electricity supply this days stems for the power generation, some of the power stations are powered by Gas and the activities of the Avengers has affected the flow of gas to these stations

The last administration had problems of gas vandalism which affected power supplies but I could remember very well that you and others including APC was ever busy throwing insults to that administration. You guys boasted here that if "almighty sheriff" wins the election that gas vandalism will be a thing of the past. Just to update you of current happening in Nigeria, since you maybe out of internet facility or access to information that concerns Nigeria. There is a new economic terrorist from christian dominated region (this time) of niger delta called niger delta avengers-NDA. Amongst what they are fighting for is bring Nigeria economy to her knees and ultimately set nigerians against the government of the day. They have been blowing up pipelines that transfer gas, which is the main source of fuel to power they few turbine left after many years of neglect and corruption. Even the privatization done by last administration was done in favour of the investors not the people. Once again you are welcome and please contribute to resolving the problem rather. than peddling unfounded rumour.

Where's your proof? in case you have forgotten, I never complained about electricity shortage during Jonathan's administration. the only thing i persistently complained about was the uncompleted feeder which affected electricity supply in my area and thank God it was completed.
I will advice you to get your facts before you falsely accuse me.

we are all feeling the pangs of very abysmal electricity supply, but we need to put things in proper perspective.

16years is more than enough to fix the power problems of this nation for good, yet they spent billions of dollars for the past 16years with no result.

it is not everywhere. well there is no time electricity was stable in Nigerian since i was born, we complain to government every time. i believe things will improve under this administration
