Some bank staffs were asked “what interest percentage is reasonable for an investment target?” 85% said 25 to 30% depending on the nature of business. Majority of them said 30% is not just achievable, it is also sustainable. …That’s why banks will give out 8% to 14% interest and hold on to the rest.
