Since I woke up this morning I have urinated 4 times. I got to the office and my colleagues to were visiting the bathroom. I don't know whether our body is rainy too
Or we need medical help.

during dry season our body bcomes dry too nd will b in nid of more water,by so doin d water we drink will b absorbed easily by our body organs coz of d heat durin dry season,so urinating will b lesser....bt durin cold season our body organs won't b in nid of much water coz of d cold,if u drink excess water just a little will b absorbed by d organs so most of it will later turn 2 urine coz d body will b in nid of lesser water during cold season.......i hope dat solves yah question

It's just a compensatory mechanism for the body to get rid of water. During dry and hot periods, water is lost from the body basically through sweat and urine (secreted waste) leaving the body. But during cold/rainy periods the sweat pores becomes constricted due to the body's reaction to cold hence there's no water loss through sweat and as such there's a compensatory mechanism (by the kidneys to eliminate filtrated water) thereby the water will be lost via basically through frequent urination.
