Things are very hard in Nigeria – Osinbajo admitsBy Ameh Comrade Godwin on June 16, 2016@dailypostngr

Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo has once again called on Nigerians to bear with the current government, assuring that things would get better soon.
According to him, his boss, president Muhammadu Buhari meant well for the people of the country.

Osinbajo, who was speaking at a Public Lecture/Presentation of Award tagged; “Service Above Self” organised by the Muslim Lawyers’ Association of Nigeria (MULAN), in Abuja, said it was necessary for all, not minding political, religious or tribal inclination to stand for justice, equity and unity of Nigeria.

The Acting President, who was represented by the Senior Special Assistant on Political Matters to the President, Senator Babafemi Ojudu, hailed some Muslim faithfuls, who had been speaking against acts of violence perpetrated against Christians by some extremists.

“Yes! Things are very hard in the country. Our government meant very well for Nigerians, this is not to punish people. It is because things have gone bad in the past,” he said.

In his remarks, the National President of MULAN, Dr Kamal Dawud maintained that to ensure peaceful coexistence in the country, non-Muslim brothers and sisters must understand that Islam is a peaceful religion with some sensitive issues.

According to him, “Let our non-Muslim brothers and sisters avoid these sensitive issues and make them no go areas, to allow peace reign in Nigeria”.

The Groaning is serious. High cost of living and doing biz, little disposable income, very epileptic power supply causing biz to sack workers to reduce overhead. Theft, robbery on increase daily obviously caused by a disillusioned, idle youthful population

Mehn ! the list of things not working is endless. I wish these people in aso rock can take a survey to establish the pain, hardship people are passing through.

Mr. Acting President we the masses know and feel the burdens of the government numerous miscalculated decisions. Stop apportioning blames, things were not hard in the past. It is now that things are suicidal.....

The big question is what, are we to brace up for more hardships in the coming years?

There's no govt in the world that don't mean well for its people. The problem with present govt is that they don't know how to remedy the present economic hardship. They were not prepared for governance.

Bear with you for how long?

You met about 5000MW of electricity, but now have about 0 MW.

You met a cup of rice at about N50 but it now sells for N120.

You met peace in the Nigerdelta and Igboland, but now blood flows in those areas.

You promised us to make One Naira equal to one Dollar when you met One Dollar equivalent to about N170, but now it is about N375 to One Dollar.

According to him, “Let our non-Muslim brothers and sisters avoid these sensitive issues and make them no go areas, to allow peace reign in Nigeria”.
Is it also a "NO GO AREA" for a non-Muslim to ask a supposed Muslim not to perform his ablution in front of her shop and in the case of the Pastor's wife, the resultant response from the aboki was death for her ? How can peace reign like that?

If I heard that MULAN president correctly, peace ll reign only if non-muslims avoid sensitive issues, but it's ok if muslims forward sensitive issues to non-muslims

In other words they are aware of their brothers barbaric acts and they still have the guts to make demands

Well Mr Vice-president, everyone already knows what you and your master has put us all in, so i was expecting to see something like. "HOW TO CURB HARDSHIP IN NIGERIA" and not admit it to us.

INCOMPETENCE!!
