So, what happened 20th June, 2014 when the administration of GEJ used EFCC to freeze the account of Murital N'yako, the then sitting Gov of Adamawa?

Those who laugh at the oppression by the govt on their fellow citizens should know that their own turn is around the corner.
The country has gone so bad that the govt do jungle justice on the members of oppositions by seizing their property, leveling all sorts of allegations against them, renting fake witnesses to testify against them in court, keeping them in detention for months without charging them to court, disobeying court orders, disregarding the country’s constitution in discharging their duties etc.
The aim of this govt is to eliminate all oppositions and whoever that challenges them to enable them achieve their evil agenda. One of that agenda is Islamizing the country.

To those who celebrate the evil deeds of this government thinking they are fighting corruption and recovering looted funds, I want to tell you that a child who laughs at the rotten yams in his father’s barn is laughing at the hunger that will consume him tomorrow.

Aisha Buhari, the individual whose name and passport is been bandied as the bribe giver in the Haliburton Scandal has denied involvement in the matter.
In a report by The Street Journal, Ms Buhari reportedly broken her silence on her alleged involvement in the Halliburton bribery scandal.
Ms Buhari reportedly stressed that though she shares the same name with the President’s wife, Mrs Aisha Buhari, she's neither the person referred to in the bribery scandal by the Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose nor by the ex-EFCC boss, Ibrahim Lamorde. Ms Buhari was further reported to have maintained that involving her name in the scandal for political reasons were not only malicious but wicked.
“[b]This is like pouring water on a sleeping person. I have never done anything with Halliburton, I don’t know the colour of the company. I am not in the line of business with Halliburton, so linking me with the bribery is wicked”, Ms Buhari allegedly told the medium.
Continuing, she said, “They are desperate to cover their dirty track and link my name with the scandal that they have to first of all steal my passport. My passport was stolen early this year. And to give credibility to their story, details from the passport were used. They should come to the US, to find out If they are curious about the case.
“If somebody commits crime in the US, he or she must face trial. Have you heard I am being tried in the US? Let them stop this malicious allegation against me that they do not have proof of, I hate people who do not cross check facts before talking, they should find out in the US the kind of person I am beause I belong to organisations there.
“If they think they are politician and can break the law and go free, they should realise that nobody is above the laws of a country including me[/b],”, she disclosed.
On Monday, June 20, 2016, Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose accused the Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari and his wife, Aisha Buhari of corrupt practices following EFCC's action on his bank account.

it is very very constitutional.A sitting governor cannot be prosecuted but he can be investigated and evidence can be compiled against him for possible prosecution after he leaves office.Any money/s in any Bank account suspected as having being sourced from a criminal original is liable to be blocked until the conclusion of investigations.This applies in every jurisdiction in the world.if wrongly blocked ,fayose can seek damages in form of interest when the judge adjudged the funds unlawfully blocked.fayose can make all the noise he can,it is blocked in the interim and it is legal.

What is this politican-cum-lawyer saying?

Where was he, when under the same EFCC, back in 2014, Mr Nyarko's (APC governor of Adamawa, ex-PDP) accounts were frozen pending serious allegation of corruption brought against him by the then PDP federal government? A certain GEJ was president then under the PDP party.

By the way, Nigerians, let us ask ourselves a serious question and put sentiments aside, what is the business in which Mr Fayose is engaged in for his personal account to have almost ₦2bn? This is not a business acoount.

As part of EFCC investigation, they should look into his various business operations to see if he has ever pays his business taxes.
