Before much havoc is caused by these so called data resellers, please be informed that this reseller is a scammer, i saw his comment on one of the posts and contacted him to buy data, sent him card but what i got in return was a message telling me to activated the data he sent me, which i know he personally composed and sent to me.i am talking of the first "reseller" but not sure the second one is safe either.

I believe you might be right. There is one I contacted too on Whatsapp, asking for details but till date he's yet to reply me even after reading my messages.
