The Change Buhari Promised Us... Vague by mrLhanray(m): 8:27pm On Jun 25, 2016
Its been over a year now and a lot of things have CHANGED, which was what Buhari and Apc promised us last year. Though, the change they promised to bring, is different from the change we are all encountering, but atleast change is change and we all must accept it.

The famous quote from Buhari's inauguration speech "i am for everybody and i am for nobody",  gave me full confidence of a leader who will tackle all corrupt public office holders, both past and present, who has looted this country to bone-marrow mindless of their political party or tribe. A stern and strict leader with principles, but i was wrong.

Note; my loyalty lies with Nigeria alone, not with any current political party, probably when another political party emerge and these current set of politicians and elder statesmen are barred to do their normal cross-carpet.

President Buhari stance on corruption is laudable and likewise laughable. So far so good all those being tried for various corruption charges nationwide, must have looted public funds and its deservedly right to prosecute them, but the ridiculous thing is how come they are all PDP members excluding Saraki (Saraki disobeyed APC hierachy).  All APC members are saints or what? PMB's fight against corruption is partisan in nature, he needs to extend it to his to his own camp too.

Secondly, job creation is different from police, efcc and navy recruitment. Its a continuation of a cycle, "Soldier go Soldier come, barrack go remain the same".  Favourable Governmental policies that will attract foreign investors is a vital aspect of job creation. Investors will come in and invest, hereby creating jobs, rather than investment folding up and investors leaving due to the problems that has plagued us. Also, SME's should also be protected and assisted.

I'm filled with soaring optimism about this present administration, but when will the government's plans and programs be crystal-clear.

→FG should have planted various crops across the country, if they truly want to revamp agricultural sector.

→Fashola is a SAN, who heads different ministry including power, that's what i call " the right person at the wrong place". Power sector needs superlative attention.

I'll discontinue right here.

These above is an opinion, a better Nigeria is all i want. Commendations and not condemnation is favoured. Thanks
