The weather is always cold during august and a lot of things happen in cold weathers. People normally combine their body temperature to stay warm so if we should calculate it that way then it definitely isn't september.

am born in September, a lot of my friends right from primary school till now in the office celebrate their birthday in march,yes you are right weather plays a critical factor,the month with the highest rainfall is in June,9 months later you have march.go to primary or nursery schools find out from teachers the birthday peak month.
