eleojo23: Amazon rate is 295/$ but GTBank deactivated the DCC (direct currency converter) which enables them (GTBank) charge at 340/$ as at last week when I transacted. |

futurenix: Is your GTBank card already linked to paypal? Is the recipient in Nigeria? If the person is in Nigeria, it will not work because Nigerians are not allowed to receive money through PayPal, we can only use it for online goods payment and to send money outside the country. But if the person is not in Nigeria, it is possible. I haven't tried paying to an individual before but I think you can get instructions on how to do it from Paypal's FAQ/Help page. |

Built2last:Were you able to use your Standard Chartered card for foreign transactions recently? The last time I checked they suspended such transactions on June 1 due forex issues. Would love to know |
