Hello! house, I'm a graduate architect and a salient follower of this section.

Currently, i'm supervising the construction of a building project somewhere in Ondo state. We have plans to roof the building this month and we have decided to use the stone coated roof tiles because of its aesthetical value.

You will all agree with me that the building industry had been bastardized with substandard materials. I'm aware that there are a lot of fake stone coated roof tiles in market and i must be very careful so i won't procure the fake for the price of an original.

Are there ways i can spot the fake? Also, i wish to gain more enlightenment on this roof type as this will be the first time i will use it on site. I want to be enlightened on the various types, gauge, prices, etc. thanks.
