A Growing ICT & Security Business Operating from Port Harcourt, Rivers State would need the services of a Personal Assistant in order to ensure efficiency in perfomance of tasks and also work on administration.

The personal assistant would work directly with an official of the Company and would have the following responsibilities:

Reviewing To Do list Daily/Weekly and ensuring tasks are optimized and carried out on Time
Organising the Calendar
Reviewing and Organising email traffic
Minute Taking
Answering Calls
Making Travel arrangements
Drafting emails from dication
Handling all personal bookings and errands
Taking and delivering all messages
Accompanying official on certain business meetings
Any other administrative tasks as required.

Applicants must possess the following skills and experience

Applicant Must be a Graduate
Previous Personal Assistant / Secretarial Experience is desirable
Good Typing Speed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Great at Getting Things Done
A great work ethic
Attention to detail
Extremely Punctual
