It was a heated argued this afternoon when a friend said HND holder can as well apply for post graduate courses even if they pass through pre ND as a result of incomplete WAEC result.
Could this be possible?

What are u saying sef, how can one get HND without passing tru ND, and yes as an HND holder you can go for PGD before proceeding for masters.

I mean does WAEC result with credit in English n Maths really compulsory for PG programmes

Yes, English and Maths is compulsory for PG programmes but I doubt if pre-ND will be accepted in replacement for O'level result.
