BUILDING & FACILITIES SUPERVISOR

GRADE: 9

Main Task:

Maintain a database on all UPS offices and properties nationwide
Maintain a log of all REFCO appropriations with details of approvals & rejections
Supervise the activities of the Office Safety and Maintenance Clerk.
Maintain a neat and tidy office appearance ( inside & outside )
Maintain a daily log of all office repair and maintenance work done.
Initiate lease renewals of all existing offices.
Essential Requirements:

B.SC/HND in Environmental studies / Civil Engineering
2-3 years relevant job experience
Good computer skills
Highly numerate and analytical
Strong communication skills-written and Oral
Person Specifications:

Ability to work under pressure
Good team player
Ability to take initiatives
Good negotiation skills.
