With the numerous cry out of people been scammed on a daily I wish to inform you to take off from your website adverts of clubkonnect which also doubles as nellobytesystems as my investigation also shows same scam website hides to operate under directsellvtu. The numerous identity is a way to hide and lure their unsuspecting victim to patronize them from different squares while been ripped off.

A quick search on Nairaland alone shows that a lot of complains has been made so far, yet nairaland as not blacklisted this clubkonnect scammers. In fact, I see nairaland accepting adverts from them endangering the ever growing innocent nairaland users.

Do I say, nairaland runs after money to the expense of the safety of its website members and community?

We stand to disagree with you on your assertion that we have been scamming our esteemed customers. Clubkonnect is an ICT solution firm that is dedicated to providing products and services to meet the demand of today's people, using cutting edge to enhance the ease with which they can navigate the GSM landscape in Nigeria. We have been delivering our promises for years and we believe you won’t still be patronizing us if you truly believe we are scammers.
You are discouraging other from using our service yet you kept using same service, who does that? Your transaction history show you kept funding you wallet every single day specifically on 06 -sept-2019, 07-sept-2019, 08-sept-2019, 09-sept-2019 and even still funded a very large amount yesterday 10-sept-2019.
Yet you are calling us scammer. Or would you like us to show your transaction history here on this forum to prove that you have consistently been transacting with us while telling other not to do same. A system like ours that allows you make an extra income and all you want to do is destroy it, who suffers? We implore you to desist from further tarnishing the image of our company in any way or form.
The #10,800 that was deducted from your account for DSTV subscription has been successfully refunded back to your wallet. The reason for the delay in refund was because you subscribed by inputting a wrong DSTV IUC number and we have numerous customers with same complaint. Therefore, we attend to customers one after the other.
To avoid future delays in your transactions on our platform, kindly ensure you don’t commit the mistake of inputting a wrong IUC number again.
Please note that you are expected to call Startimes Customer care to complain about the usage of your subscription.

I never denied the fact that I am an awesome customer but the way you, your staffs treat customers is really bad. A complain of 30th of last. Haba, okay...why was I paid back the very first day I reported you to seun and mekinde? I called a thousands of time, I would call and advise your very staff. I also have screenshot of my text conversation with you where I informed you that i want to believe you are not scammers using a legitimate source to defraud people. That I will go to the social media. I already had my time table fixed. I knew what I was going to do and that was why I gave you enough time but to leave a problem unsolved for 10 days? What is it called, no positive feedback...I call, each time i call i am made to repeat myself on top of my call card and lastly the person would tell it will be worked on and that i made the mistake of inputted wrong number, DSTV WONT ACCEPT SUCH ERROR SO MONEY WAS WITH YOU FOR 10 DAYS AND MORE. I only got it this becuse I came to nairaland. Kindly work on these your flaws. I will not shy away from praising you.

You people takes someone for granted. I just started laughing when you staffs where calling me on phone after my nairaland outburst. This is a company i called a thousands time day and night for 10 days. Even clearing a workforce voucher for salary payment would take up to 10 days. I was practically ignored. But few hours after I came to social media with my plans, you guys started doing the calling for more than 6 hours I ignored your calls.

My question remains, for some who doesnt have the strength or will to call someone out on social media what becomes of us? Honestly I never wanted coming here because I feel too embarrassed doing this. You even had to expose my names and User ID in screenshot to proof what? Why does transactions disappear after few days? Nairandland has been in existence before you yet all transactions are in tact. One of your staff even said since I do not have the transaction ID again, that she can not do anything about it. My money is gone. I laughed, it on record. Though I had the the transaction ID. Do you know that even months after a bussiness customers might still raise dispute? Why clear transaction, what are you hiding.

Kindly see the post below me. I feel for the customer. He must have called with credit, sent mails and nothing since 31st, thats 16 days now and nothing. How much profit is he making that you are frustrating him. Taking what does not belong to you and adding to yours is a crime, and remember my text messages to you? I would say I just sent money to fund my wallet even though I am beginning to questioning your reputation.

My log in number is 08035195547. The date of the transaction was 31st of August. I don't know the transaction ID because it wiped away after the system stopped malfunctioning. I sent a mail to u twice and you reply that I should be patient that your IT department are working on the system and if the problem has not been solved, I should get back to you on Monday. I can't lie about 480, my money was deducted, the MTN line I sent but to wasn't credited and my money has not been refunded since 31st of last month. Plus work on it. October 2/10/19, a transaction of #2000 was made from my wallet to my dstv with uic 7018451396 ,and the money was accordingly deducted with a transaction ID 6323595018 . I contacted dstv nothing showed on my account. my clubkonnect registered name and number Olaseni Emmanuel, 08137018193.

I had missed a considerable news items and other programs on my dstv. Let me know now whether to subscribe on dstv is save should u refund me by way of money. Or I should not ever trying of subscribing on this platform. I am waiting for a speedy resolution of this problem.

CLUBKONNECT AND MMM, SIX AND HALF-DOZEN.
By way of explanation, I had made quite a lot of transactions on Clubkonnect and it must be conceded it was a while experience though not without unanswered challenges in
other platforms. Again, almost all my complaints had received answer when posted on this platform .
But in a platform destined for a dubious means ,it will answer speedily to a complaint from its members to mask their intentions from unsuspecting public .This was the modis of operandis of MMM and a sizable number of Nigerians fall to their shenanigans.
The cross of the matter was the subscription I made on 2/10/2019 from my wallet with the name Emmanuel Olaseni and registered number 08137018193 to my dstv uic 7018451396
with transaction ID 6323595018.Till date my dstv account was never funded, in fact, upon my complaints thesame kinds of apology was pasted until when the platform triumphantly claimed of funding my dstv the same day I made the transaction
My chat with dstv revealed otherwise. Some of it will be pasted here. I challenge this platform (clubkonnect) to take it up and prove me wrong since my uic number can easily be verified and questions asked accordingly from dstv if indeed my account is funded as claimed by them, until then, Nigerians should prepare for another heartache similar to MMM.
