First Nation Airlines Suspends Operations by Ibunma(f): 5:35pm On Sep 01, 2016
Barely 24 hours after Aero Contractors Airlines announced suspension of its operations, another domestic carrier, First Nation Airlines, has followed suit, suspending its operations.
The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) made this known on Thursday.

Aero Contractors Airlines, Nigeria’s second largest commercial carrier, announced an indefinite suspension of its scheduled flight services and its staff with effect from Thursday, September 1, 2016.
The Director-General of the NCAA, Capt. Muhtar Usman, explained that the decision was taken in order to ensure that the airline carried out the required maintenance of its aircraft.

Usman, however, refuted claims that some of the domestic airlines were winding down their operations regardless of the fact that they had suspended flight services.
A statement signed by NCAA’s DG said: “The First Nation Airlines on its part is in the middle of an Engine Replacement Programme for one of its aircrafts. Another aircraft is due for mandatory maintenance as allowed by the regulatory authority.
“In these circumstances, these airlines clearly cannot continue to undertake schedule operations, hence the inevitable recourse to self regulatory suspension.”

Usman insisted that the domestic carriers had not wound down their operations, but were “merely suspending their operations temporarily to enable them undertake certain operational overhaul and strengthen their overall operational outlay.”

IN ONE YEAR;
* Iconic Innoson motors stops production due to lack of dollars.
* 272 companies shut down.
* Thousands of workers sacked.
* Dollar increased above N400(per dollar) and still rising.
* Herdsmen gained momentum without tangible arrests.
* PMS rise from N87 to N145.
* Boko Haram are still killing, though some 'prophets' say they are technically defeated.
* People sells their kid for a bag of rice.
* More peaceful freedom agitators are killed.
* Families now eat once daily.
* A bag of rice rose above N20,000.
* Nigeria athletes and soccer players were stranded, starved and deprived of accommodation, yet they won bronze.
* All military officers and every stronghold of powerful decision making corridors were replaced with Northerners.
* Nepotism of the highest level.
* Unarmed students are gunned down for protesting. I guess they are the leaders of graves instead of leaders of tomorrow.
* Someone said Nigeria's unity is non-negotiable.
* The economy is dying, but Hajj pilgrims were allowed for N197 per dollar.
* Someone launched crocodile smile and the rival launched crocodile tears.
* Someone went to court for a name he gave to his dog.
* Someone said that Nigeria is fantastically corrupt, and someone agreed that his country is fantastically corrupt.
* Someone has made uncountable travels more than journalists and tourists.
***ARE YOU NOT TIRED OF READING THE SINS OF this useless COUNTRY?

Everyone in this country has appeared to be hypnotised and intimidated like Nigeria is now North Korea that no one is raising it's voice against this government's disastrous economic outings!

Why can't Buhari be impeached now before he completely destroys Nigeria. Everything, I mean everything has collapsed in Nigeria and still yet nobody is doing anything about it. Not even the Labour organisations.

Impeaching Buhari back to Daura should be the best option right now..

Most fast food franchise have closed down.

They cannot cope.
If PMB can solve the problem of electricity(but GEJ and NDA) won't let that happen. ... Keep blowing up pipelines
Most of this problems would have been averted

We are on the highway to a world record breaking depression.

Please, Nigerian youths the future of this country lies in our hands. Lets leverage on our youth population and usher in a new breed in government of men not more than 60 years in the front line of our political struggle!

All these our elder statesmen aren't as tech savvy and intelligent like us. They are phasing away with senescence.

For posterity sake let's come together and sholve our differences. We can rebirth a new Nigeria.

Blame games doesn't solve a Jack!
