Cross River state government according to the news yesterday floated an ambitious Social Health Scheme.It was a news item on AIT. Cross Riverians of not less than 18years according to the news will be required to pay ₦1000 monthly. My question is where will an unemployed get such taxed levy not considering the economic downturn at present. Please am wondering do these governors have flesh and blood in their bones?Please Nairalanders who watched or listened to the news or read this here what do you think?.... |
