OUR A.G.O TANK FARM DELIVERY PROCEDURE

(1) Buyer to send tank farm details

(2) Buyer to issue Two hundred thousand naira (N200,000) cash or N500,000 Manager’s Cheque for NOR dully signed in favour of Seller’s name scanned and sent through Buyer’s Account Officer’s domain E-mail to Seller’s Account Officer with a cover note that upon the issuance of NOR, Buyer will give blocked funds for Total Cargo in numbers of days ……………..Failure to give Seller the blocked fund, Seller will cash the Manager’s Cheque.

(3) Upon Seller’s confirmation of the Cheque,he will issue NOR.
(4) Upon confirmation of the NOR,Seller will cash the Cheque. Then Buyer to issue block funds for the total product after NOR confirmation before vessel moves to destination

(5) Upon arrival at outside bar, Buyer do Q&Q test and pay for half of the product after delivery into the storage tank i, buyer pay the balance.

PRICE:

One Hundred and Thirty Naira (N134) per liter l. The to be shared between seller and buyer
