If it is not too late, how about you moving to an area with a good drainage channel to avoid future recurrence of this. Im sure the whole Imo state can't be lillike this

It is not peculiar to Owerri as the entire country is experiencing unprecedented rain storms and flooding. It's unnecessary blaming Okorocha for natural disaster. At least it hasn't gotten to stage of evacuation as in Anambra State.

You hate the truth with all your life even when it is being told by your poor old mother. It is on record that Imo state has the worst flood disaster so far recorded in Nigeria but you will not like to hear such truth. Your brother is here telling the world his ordeal all you could do is to dig up fake nonsense from your a.nus to justify the disaster that is hitting Imo state. Focus on your state issue and leave my state out of your nonsense or you will have yourself to blame on this thread. Sick hopeless jobless old man..

The Nigerian Red Cross
yesterday commenced the
evacuation of flood victims to
the 28 Internally Displaced
Persons (IDP) camps in the eight
local government areas of
Anambra State affected by this
year’s flood.
The IDPs, which had been
equipped with all the essential
facilities, including water, tents,
toilet facilities, mattresses and
blankets, are located in
Anambra East, which has six
camps, Awka North (3),
Ayamelum (6), Ekwusigo (2),
Ogbaru (3), Onitsha North (4),
Onitsha South (2) and Ihiala (2).
Information reaching New
Telegraph has it that Red Cross
got involved in the exercise
following reluctance of most by
the victims to vacate their
flooded homes. According to
reports last week, water
hyacinth was hindering efforts
to evacuate the flood victims in
the state to safer areas.
Speaking at a capacity building
programme for volunteers of the
organisation involved in the
evacuation process in Awka, the
vice chairman of the Anambra
State chapter of the Nigerian
Red Cross, Professor Peter
Katchy said that the camps had
been fully prepared to receive
the flood victims.
He said though some of the flood
victims were reluctant to leave
their flooded homes, the
volunteers had been trained to
counsel them by reminding
them that it would be in their
best interest to relocate until the
flood recedes

When hotel are spending millions to build a swimming pool, there you have it on a platter of gold...

Truth be said, the governor has little or no blame on this issue, he didn't tell people to block drainage with waste, or likewise did he tell the people to build on drainage..

He also isnt a rain maker to determine the torrents too..

90% of the blame goes to the citizens..

The earlier you stopped pasting links from paid media the better for you. I took a raw video, am not saying that anyone corresponds for me. If anyone is in doubt, visit IMO State with a clear conscience and see if you will not place a curse on Abagworo and Rochas.
