Is stucco aluminium roofing sheet better than the painted ones? Please what are its advantages/disadvantages over the painted ones. Am confused concerning because there's a big difference in price but I want to know if there's a huge difference in quality

1- Transmission of heat is very low
2- Very durable
3- Possibility of leakage is low
4- Aesthetically better
5- In case of damage only PCs are changed
