If you approach a girl and she tells you  " I have a boyfriend"  what do you do?
Do you mean I'm not interested, not my type, don't bother me,  etc

She may not like you hence saying that to get you out of her sight grin grin
She may want you to work for it (getting her)
She may like you but does not want to deal with a relationship at the moment and saying so lets her not deal with having to keep saying no.

it simply means "guy i have someone else ,but if u love me ,if u really really love me and if u care for me buy me when the transfer window opens.
