The profligacy of the delta state goverment is getting out of hand recently they bought LANDCRUISER PRADO(with a starting price of N7,400,000 million) for the 29 legislators of the house of assembly about 4 months before the end of their tenure.The cost of the 4X4 will exceed over 210 million naira.When majority of deltans are wallowing in poverty the goverment continues to be insensitive to their plight.This money could have been used to provide more than 2000 boreholes at a cost of about N100,000 eac. |
