Corrupt Judges: What Will Happen To Their Convictions? by MrKong: 8:24am On Oct 13, 2016
Everybody's been talking about the menace of corruption in the judiciary and how interesting to see them held accountable for their actions but in all these, there's a thought in my head that I simply can't get answers to.

Now let's assume those arrested judges got suspended, prosecuted and eventually found guilty of corrupt practices such as receiving money to give biased judgement which has shown their partiality in delivering judgement as any accused who can't pay some certain amount to the judge may/could have received the harshest of punishments.

I believe on this premise alone every convictions by these judges will come under scrutiny, every convicts may seek mistrial and before you know it, that hardened criminal you thought has been locked away for good will be back on the street in no time. Those cold heart murderers, serial rapists, unrepentant thieves, cultists etc will be let loose and vooooaaaalah, it's chaos in town again.

Note: I'm in full support of fight against corruption, corruption must die by hunger by fire grin
