Mobile Banking Users. How Do I Resolve This Issue? by speedyconnect3: 9:45am On Oct 22, 2016
Yesterday, friday, 21st October, I transferred 100k to a First bank account no using my Access mobile banking app. The transaction was successful and I was debited immediately. The recipient has yet to get alert. He has checked his balance online too yet it hasn't reflected.
I really need the issue resolved asap before irredeemable damage is caused due to delay.

I know most persons have had this kind of issue before. I want to know the right course of action to follow.
Thanks.

Send a message to their customer care dept or call.
You may simply see their customer care officer in any of their branches.

They confirmed my debit and that transaction was successful. In other words, money has left their bank.

Go to your bank and fill in a transaction error form will be resolved within 48 hours. Had similar issue on my online bank a transfer of 460k was debited but the 1st bank beneficiary did not receive the money. Filled the form and within 24hours the money and bank charges were credited back. All the best.

Even if the money had left Access bank it would still be access to make the complaint to the beneficiary bank who would check as the money is definitely hanging between the 2 banks
