MTN latest means of stealing from their esteem' customers is through "MTN game+"

I am victim to that game plus nonsense, my brother as well as my dad had been a victim also. This coparate stealing must stop, this is corruption at the highest level and it has to stop as soon as possible...can't just imagine #50 being deducted from over 20millions active lines on a weekly basis, this will surely beat Dasuki's record withing a month.

We all need to stage a protest on the internet, this south african company that is determined to take corruption to another dimension in Nigeria must be stop'.

I called their customer care line and lady who attended to me said she doesn't have to application to refund my money and that there is nothing she could do about it when i requested that my money should be pushed back to my line.

But they developed the application to deduct our account without giving us an option wether to opt in for the "game+ fraud" or not

This dubious act can only stop via an online protest and we must start it now.

NCC is not on our side, so they can not hear us. But i trust the Presidency, National assembly and EFCC will hear us.

Stealing is corruption and it must stop now.

Airtel can not beat MTN when it comes to stealing from their customers. Airtel will still attend to their customers complains and refund the said deduction but MTN will keep apologizing and will never refund it and the worst part of it is that...they will claimed that they did not have access to your current transaction and instruct you to call back in the next 24hrs time whereas it took you nothing less than 10minutes to get through to speak with their customer care guys.

I have said it before, avoid brownsing with mozilla and chrome. i suggest u browse with operamini only. Game plus is now activated via pop ups. so we all needs to be careful as mtn is cashin out with game plus and moving the money to SA illegally. I just pray NCC sees to this.

angry MTN just whacked my hard-earned N100 all in the name of game + weekly and wants me to admit I did it out of choice.

I pray Boko Haram blow up their centers as many as possible

And I would gladly retort "sorry for the inconvenience"

Glo are guilty of this too.My sub was about to expire so I loaded #1000 so that it can renew automatically. Two hours later, #40 had been deducted, I loaded #100 to complete the transaction. When I came back later at night, the remaining #60 naira had disappeared angry
What annoys me most is that I didn't subscribe for anything.

Yes O I'm a victim of this, I tried to resolve the matter amicably but customer service agent just got rude and ended the chat without any solution of refunding me back or at least prevent it from happening again. Instead I was blamed for the incidence as if I will subscribed to something and waste my time just to complain about it. So far mTN has deducted 170 naira from my airtime in only two days I keep going to cancel subscription by dialing*447# only for them to subscribe me to another and another, I'm not going to lose to this fraud network O!

Same thing happened to me, all those pop up pages before you know you have been charged.
I have over 15k airtime so nomally I don't know if my money is usually missing until I check my text messages.

This bullshit needs to stop.
