Morning guys. After the computer based aptitude test, I got a success mail telling me I'll be informed of the next stage. That was about a week ago. Just yesterday I got another mail inviting me for yet another computer based aptitude test. Who else is in this boat?

btw... dont u think that test was comprehensive enough... i have gone for oral interviews straight after the test... sometimes they use it to shortlist further... eg. lufthansa cut us from about 30 something who passed the test during interview to 3 because the next stage was going to cost them a lot of money (100k) for each candidate to be examined (it was a harder test stage)...

Hmm....its faster n Cost effective sef... n besides no time again to waste ....peeps r getting Old...lol.

That's probably due to some system error. It happened to some folks some weeks back after the tests and were later told to ignore the invite. However try phoning them to confirm this.

Well, going straight into the interviews might look easy and straight forward on the surface of it but trust me, unless FMN is prepared to recruit a substantial number of applicants, it may result to a somewhat abrupt end of the road for many, but I pray not. I am hoping FMN is planning to recruit massively. In my humble opinion, I am more comfortable with more-than-two-stage recruitments because they give candidates more room to show their fit and people can be assessed based on wider range of criteria. Just my thoughts though.

I heard the pay is not even that much: 50k monthly with 2bags of wheat

bro, even if FMN is not planning to recruit massively, I feel it's better this way. Imagine being successful in another exam and being evicted at the interview stage - the extra fare and the heartbreak. The number of persons they want is what they will still take. No need going through any unnecessary rigmarole. My opinion though. Respect!
