Young man has N power failed. In every setting like this there's always room to make it ease for them. In your own view would it be fair for participant to use same stipend to secure accommodation and left with nothing. The object of redeployment is what you refused to consider but just dwell on the negative.

I couldn't access my account a couple of days too. But today around 1pm I went to the cyber cafe and the cafe attendant did it for me. As I type, I have my printed updated npower account slip with me showing my account number and my BVN. I just can't wait for this December alert. So do not loose hope , just keep visiting the cyber cafe, and u will update urs.
