In an unfortunate auto crash that occurred on the usually busy Third Mainland bridge yesterday, December 27, 2016, a fully loaded container truck crushed another vehicle driving through the expressway after it lost balance. Fortunately, no casualty was recorded.


To ease flow of traffic, the Emergency Response Team of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) rushed to the scene to tow both vehicles off the expressway.



While residents across Lagos are winding down on activities for the end of the year, it is imperative that care is taken when driving through highways and other expressways to ensure safety of life and properties.
