I am here to advice and give you some enterprenuer skill on how to make money with the graphics which you have learn so far.

Let me start this topic by saying (What you need to know as a graphics artist), i know you might been wondering why this topic or what did i need to know about graphics, is it Adobe Photoshop or Coreldraw, well in this room i am not talking about any graphics software,

But what you need to know as a graphics artist in business world.
I know that Graphics Artist in Nigeria is not been appreciated even visual and fine art, and it really bad.

I have heard so many Graphics Artists complain that despite all the creative and beautiful design they are doing for thier company there salary is really nothing to right home all about.

I know that most Graphics Design in Nigeria are not been paid well, but we dont have to base on that note much because even if we mobilize ourselves to do a rally for Graphics Artist Salaries to be increase allover Nigeria just as the Labour Congress and the ABSU people always do, Government we overlook it for something else.

Hello is just a pity that young graphics artist like you lack what we call the basic of color blending before people like you move in graphics,
i dont need to hear from you because you lack wat we call color blending, if gray and wine red cannot form a color harmony in your eye. i think your computer or laptop monitor is bad or 16 bit color that what i think u are using so bros change the monitor and use the right monitor.

sylvelity, as much as i find ur idea of graphics palace encouraging, the website on its own is not so inviting, and yes the colors do not blend, gray and red do blend but not in this case, u could either change the shades or use more reader friendly colors, anyways congrats on ur launch, butu really need to work on that as the colors could put a reader off

mahn, ur makn me feel like a goat, lol.i work for the tut arm of my agency too, ENVATO, we run psdtuts, aetuts and all, and seriously, the background color is doing more harmthan good, sent one of ur links to a colleague of mine too and that was his first complaint, so please do take it as an advice and not otherwise,,

But let me tell you so thing so funny as a graphics design everybody want to show their professionalism when they a design,
ok from @smartsoft criticizing on the color, if i could ask you a simple question (what is the color of Nairaland where you are now)

what is the color of the great Photoshop Tutorials website in the world (PSDTUT),

Graphicspalace is not an entertaining website like (Musician, Comedian, etc website which you will want the color to be really blend )

This is a forum where all graphics artist gather to discuss ok,

@graphics palace, i think all comments ve been made already just want to chip in this, if u feel the org. color is red maybe u should playing around with different shades of red, the one presently there right now is just too bight dts why its not complimenting the background, really, i agree with u dt gray and red is not a bad combo of color, because i ve done jobs with dt comboo b4 and had good results, its just a mata of u selcting d right gray and the right red

@All, i think we all should not be eager to criticize, its not a bad to to let someone know where he has made mistake and let him know d correction to it, the bad tin is when u re not doin it rite, no mata how wack a job is one needs a little bit of appreciation first for attempting it then the criticism can follow appropriately, aint nothin bad in dt, and hey all the critics is to help us improve, so we also ve to drop our ego and accept them with the right mind, really have alot of of respect for u guys in here and i think dts d way it should be because we neva can tell we mite be closer to each oda in the outside world than we think, and as we are in the same line, work can bring us togeda, so why bless each oda while we can here,
