I tire for this country. KANU is being held for political reasons. The other charges will be ruled out in no just time. Did he kill anybody ? No! Did he steal? No! Did he loot? You should be worried about the inept minds that actually put these frivolous charges in there, if they had no proof or grounds what guarantee is there that they will not bungle the charges retained. Note that establishing charges alone has been a herculean task...that's a shame really. They manifest symptoms of the drowning man grasping at straws to stay afloat.
