The second Italian on our list and the only one who is presently serving time in prison! The former TV personality became Regional Councillor for the PDL of Italy from 2010-2012. Unfortunately, her time in politics was tainted by the infamous Rubygate scandal. Minetti had allegedly arranged meetings for former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi with a 17 year old prostitute, leading many to believe that this unqualified politician was placed in his government because she was a mistress of the former Prime Minister.
She has denied all the allegations but is currently serving a five year sentence.



No. 4 Ayla Malik

Ayla comes from a powerful Pakistani family, and is a former member of the National Assembly from 2002-2007. She also established herself as a television personality and journalist. Unfortunately in 2013 Ayla was disqualified by an election tribunal when it was discovered that she had used a fake university certificate. It doesn't only happen in Nigeria!

This Israeli politician is certifiably amazing. She completed her national service in the Israeli Air Force and earned a law degree at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
