The Inspector General of Police and the Head of the DSS owe their serving personnel in Ekiti State and Nigeria in general a lightning response to the public humiliation suffered on the International Women's Day in Ekiti state in the hands of Gov. Fayose.

Fayose while at the occasion looked behind him, looked right and left, after properly identifying the Policemen and DSS personnel around him opened his extra large mouth and voiced it so loud to the whole world that:

"I don’t need your Policemen and SSS. Come and take them away. Come and take away your APC Police and SSS."

The humiliation was written all over the face of the Policemen the Camera was able to pick!

The question is, for how long will a governor who have been proven to ride to the Ekiti State Government House in a blaze of ignominy be allowed to continue to let his mouth run foul?

The IGP and the head of DSS need to take a definite action to convince patriotic and responsible Nigerians that Gov. Ayodele Fayose cannot be a law to himself.

lol when I read that stuff, I pitied the policemen around him. instead of securing their cooperation and encouraging them to protect his state and the occupants by fighting crime, he is dissing them. guess he forgot about his people

Ayatullah can be guilty of causing Public Disorders and incitement. Fayiose, as The Chief Executive of his State didn't invite The Police and DSS, what were they doing there? It's Fayiose they insulted and not the other way round.

Some of you just say words or phrases you know nothing about their meanings. Do you care to tell me what separation of powers is/are and relations to the issue being discussed here?

Big mouth or no, he's a governor and is entitled to a security detail. If he seriously doesn't want the police or SSS, he should write to the agencies.

All the paparazzi just to score a few political points... Our type of politics sha

What is Fayose afraid of? His shadow definitely! He can't forgive himself of what he and Obanikoro did during Jonathan's presidency.

however, dissing them in public will not solve the problem. liaising with them and putting constitutional duties first is more important than their beef put together
