Today I wake up with the hope once again that I will scale through this hardships,

Hoping the school leaves the student portal open and allow us defaulters the mercy to write exam on credit so my thoughts of suicide don't get to me,

Demons keep telling me, I'm wrong for leaving heaven with my parents,

Telling me i stuck at everything and I'm not good enough for life, and even what i had toiled for,

I'm gaining new scars while my old ones are still bleeding,

Graduation Day is the climax of a dream,

A triumph over ASUU strikes and Lecture hassles,

I am a simple clever boy who grinned at life in empty joy with no happiness in sigh,

Studies succinctly on how to be successful,

Reads my course materials through out the day in hope of getting a university degree,

Stayed awake through the lonesome dark to read some more to get a good grade,

My parents are civil servants working in a State on credit with no debit date in view,

They have more than enough credits expecting God to debit,

So tomorrow when their ward get shut out for not paying tuition they take is as demerit because life held them on credit.

I am sorry for putting too much emotion into my lines, I am just trying to kill my thoughts of suicide because I won't graduate.[/i][i]
