Currently in Nigeria or should I say world wide, You've to have at least a Credit Pass In Mathematics.. Having F9 makes the result irrelevant..

Almost all Universities needs a credit pass in Mathematics, its a basic criteria for admission.

Your sis should try NECO or GCE If its the WAEC that's not coming forth.. There's no harm in trying and trying again.

That's the Ish, A Head of Department told me it isn't needed, I actually graduated from Uniben with a pass in a professional course. Buh ua saying something else entirely
