Based on my research it has been noted that other countries give loans to students who wish to pursue their education in Europe/USA, however, it has come to my attention that a lot of naija students find themselves financially stranded and have resorted to other unpleasant means just in a bid to shore up financially. Other countries like India, Carribean highland nations give loans to their student based on contract terms. This loan however, will be subjected to interest and will be paid back upon graduation i.e when the recipient of the loan graduate. As a student studying in the U.S, it saddens me when I see my fellow nigerians not 'representing',, the usual excuse however, is always that 'guy we gats to husstle am out here'. The nigerian govt need to do something,, something real quick and come to the aid of Nigerian students studying aboad. Please critique and contribute to this thread.
