m a young gal of below 25 n was a in rshp wit a guy I tot loved me..
so it all started when I Jus came out of a terrible hrtbreak n a friend I met in service helped me up.
I stayed in ha house for 3 months n she helped me forget my anguished .
she had a housemate (note housemate not roommate) ,who was very quite, first time I saw him.,I jus know he smokes, he had a tattoo in his arm n it was an instant no no for me.. so I kept my distance. my friend is married but she n ha housemate played like siblings... she was closed to other guys too
there was a time I noticed she had something to do wit one guy like dat, I confronted ha but she denied...
fast forward to some months into d 3 months I was wit ha,
ha housemate started chatting with me n I got to know him better. I confronted him n asked why he smokes n he didn't deny but told me its something he has been battling wit, dat he actually stopped for a while but was tempted to do it again on his B-Day by his friends. I urged him to stop n he promised dat he has stopped... at least for d while I confronted him.
while we got closer he I was defending my friend as a very good gal but he told me not to say she brings dat guy she denies having anything to do wit to sleep over in ha room for some time now... I was shocked, he made me promise not to tell her which I did.. later on I moved out of ha house to my own apartment and one day I went to visit,i saw her crying and I asked Wat d issue was n she confessed everything to me abt dat guy. I consoled her n reminded ha dat she was married n dat she should stay away from guys which she agreed to....
While in d rshp wit guy, she'll always tell me dat she knows dat after service all will b over btw US, (dats myself n my guy) .
towards d end of our service year o started noticing her wit few guys again, like 2 guys... she didn't tell me cuz she knows I'll kick against it simply cz she's married.. so she told my guy, (ha housemate )
one of dis guys have slept in ha room n even kissed ha b4,while d oda who is my guys friend is used to sleeping in ha room n I suspect they have something togeda cz of d shady text they send to each other...
I was angry wit ha n wanted to talk to ha abt it but since she didn't confide in me concerning dat, (she always tells my guy,ha housemate) ,I talked to my guy to talk to ha..
he refused a first but later he said he will talk to ha, so I told ha to talk to him too.... once she she told me dat for ha to talk to my guy, she'll have to talk either in d night or early in d morning.. so I figured she wanted to say she'll have to sleep in his room... I agreed at fisrt but refused later... To cut d long story short, a day to when we would pass out, I read ha msg wit one of ha friendsn got to find out dat according to ha, my bf raped ha,i confronted him n he denied at first but later told d truth dat he did it but it wasn't raped, dat tho she didn't agree at first but later she gave in... I was shattered cz dis guy is someone I love wit all my being... he begged n begged saying dat it was when I asked him to talk to ha dat all d whole idea started growing in his get so i forgave him, but I refused to go bk... for her,i told ha not to ever call me again.....

now d thing is I love dis guy, n I believe in our love... I know he used to smoke n all dat but I love him n I really tot it was him,cz I m positive he loves me n is changing all his irresponsible deed lil by lil... but wit Wat happened, m confused m devastated....

Firstly, I must admit that you sound homely (atleast through your writing) also, you are able to identify between right and wrong, even went as far as cautioning your friend about her wayward/loosed lifestyle.

Trust me that's not where you belong.
They say bad company spoils good ones. It's not a prophesy, but if you remain in that cycle of friends/lover, it's just a matter of time you'l accept their lifestyle to be normal and maybe possibly indulge in it too (already your last paragraph saw you saying you knows he smokes).
My verdict here is simple, "KNOW THYSELF".

Telling you to remain optimistic about your boyfriend's personality is like asking you to postpone the evil day. A guy on tattoo who smokes, and have been accused of rap.e has nothing good to offer a decent girl.

Even if he has all the good attitude in the world, still dump him, there are many decent non-smoking men who exhibit good attitudes also.

Chances are all robbery, rap.e and other evil incidences in your lodge would be attributed to your boyfriend because of his beliefs, looks, and attitudes. Don't let anyone sell any false quotation about being judgmental and all. Smoking, tattoo and other similar traits are attributable to hooliganism everywhere in the world, including the America where it originated from.
