Trapped Funds! HELP!!! by KaptaynKush: 11:27am On May 15, 2017
My friend got paid for a service he rendered through paypal and the guy does not have a paypal acct so the funds were sent to his email and paypal notified him. Instead of seeking for help, he went ahead to create a NIGERIAN paypal account thinking that the money will reflect but it didnt. So i advised him that he should add another email to the paypal acct, remove the one that has funds and add the email (with funds) to another account so as to cashout but he's afraid. Please what can he do? Should he go ahead with my advice? Cos i dnt want wahala if paypal seize the whole thing and d money was earned legitimately. Thanks. Cc

Quite sorry for your friend, he should have asked before creating a Nigerian Paypal, As long as he has used that email to create a paypal account, I would have been able to help but i cannot add his email to my Paypal anymore.

Good idea but the email with the money is the primary email and he has to change his primary email on the paypal to another email so the email Witt the money will be a secondary email before he can remove it

I've never tried this but I feel it's logical that since the funds cldnt drop into the acct u originally attach it to, it will def drop when the email is moved onto an acct that can accept the funds
