my first relationship was friendship,  the second one was reality ,  it made me know that there is one thing called real life, i broke it off,  the third one , i believed the guy was too into himself to consider me at all,  int he end it all ended badly,
the fourth was mindblowing, it was with a yahoo guy,  he made me fell things that could be likened to love,  dont get me wrong all of them showed love in their own ways but i guess thet all had a way of showing ti that did not appeal to me
harry(yahoo guy) outdid them all   ,  but i had to break it off cuz i knew it wouldnt lead anywhere else cuz i wont allow it, the enjoyment was shortlived,

now im gong out with a guy that stammers and also has speech problem, na wetin i go do, its not tthat i dont like him enuf cuz i knew his condititon b4 i started going out wiht him but i neva tot it wpould interfere but not im having doubts cuz i feel he might embarass me b4 my pals, , WHAT DO YOU THINK,

@Poster: Do u mean dat he breaks out of speech when he's speakin or dat he has speech defects? I think u r just being finicky, u can't hav it all in a relationship. How come u couldn't sustain at least one of d relationships? If u get someone dat has it all physically and cheats, u sure would complain. I hate complaints. Make do with him or clean up his speech skills, yea, it's possible.

jokes apart, here is a good solution. this works for everyone intersted in developing a uniform rhythym in their breathing. This is what controls speech. if you watched enough of sarah palin interviews you can notice that her random speech pattern coincides with a shortness of breath, even though she is not a stammerer.  

this is what u do. . .find a wide girth belt or a firm support of continous length and tie it around the rib cage just about the same latitude with your diagphram or breast plate. with that fastened tigtly in place practice conscious breathing for about 5minutes per session. then follow that with another 5minutes of speech.  if you like recite the alphabets or sing a song.  

the chest cavity is like a drum diaphram. you get the best sound of a drum when its tuned.  by fastening the belt you are tuning your cavity. with time you will become conscious of the various chords to strike and without the belt around you, you will develop good speech skills and can manipulate your breath pattern to give you that desired output.

notice barack obama when he speaks. . .uniformity in his expression, placid and calm exterior. . .that's because he is breathing naturally without effort.  some people don't have that gift and must put effort to do it consciously.

U r not alone.Ur boyfriend should employ breathing tactics and listen to himself while talking and most importantly try not to remember how he talks when he stammers but focus on smooth talking,his subconcious is what he should use to achieve this.Within 2-6 months,there can be dramatic improvements if he is really serious about this.Try to find out the cause,if it was that he got it through mimicking someone at a young age its easier to cure.If it was an accident that caused it,u can do some research and decide on the best way to go about it.

Overcoming stutterring has a physical and psychological aspect to it.The psychological should be worked on first.
