I don't think they can nail this elusive dictator. Why is it taking so long to prosecute or traced this man assets? why are they now telling us this mess when we have election in less than 3 months, OBJ what have you and EFCC been doing for the last 5 years? It will be a break through for Nigerians if we can get 10% of what IBB took from Nigeria, but I'm still not optimistic about this story what do you guys think Indications emerged on Monday that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission had made a breakthrough in its bid to probe a former military President, Gen.
