I intend buying a parrot which would be hang at the balcony just outside the living room. But my great concern is, will the Parrot survive under some certain harsh weather condition like the northern sun?

it will survive but you dont have to hang it directly to the sun shining on the balcony. I have an African grey parrot which i do keep but once the heat is much i do take its cage for some shades under mango trees in my house in the north.

Lol, will survive anywhere, i lived all my childhood in the north, kano precisely, we buy wild cought African Grey's in the market self, dem plenty for market for sale even up till now, just make sure to feed well and keep in a conducive place that's all
