Mr. X: "Solomon Okocha, before you make noise on Facebook, let me ask you these questions partaining the December 10, 2016, Legislative Re-run Election in Rivers East Senatorial District:

Did you win in your Unit?

Did you win in your Ward?

Did you win in your LGA?

Did you win in your Senatorial District?"

Solomon: "Yes Sir!"

Mr. X: "Prove it."

Solomon: "According to the Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja (June 28 2017):

● INEC was wrong to have ignored the unit results on form EC8A in Ikwerre and Emuoha LGAs, Ward 6 of Okrika LGA and parts of OBIO/AKPOR LGA.

● The Tribunal wondered why INEC failed to collate the results of the areas mentioned above, especially in Ikwerre and Emuoha LGAs, when it has accepted and collated the results of the House of Representatives election conducted on the same date and time by the same INEC officials in the area.

● The Tribunal accepted the responsibility of collating the results of the areas so ignored by INEC and arrived at the total score of 126,160 for Andrew Uchendu and APC and 84,000 for George Sekibo and PDP.

● Tribunal nullified the declaration of Sekibo and ordered INEC to withdraw the Certificate of Return issued to him.

● Tribunal declared my Principal, Chief Andrew Uchendu, winner of the Election, having scored the highest number of lawful votes cast and ordered INEC to immediately issue him the Certificate of Returns."

Mr. X, I hope I've been able to clear your doubts? And, can I make noise now?
