All interested applications in the registration of legal mortgage over land title within FCT are requested to submit the under listed documents alongside their application letter.
1. Consent letter from the mortgagor(Borrower)
2. Board resolution (if Applicable)
3. Photocopy of a brief from bank instructing on the perfection of the transaction
4. Copy of recent tax clearance.
5. Payment receipts of ground rents for the previous and current year.
FEES CHARGEABLE UPON APPROVAL
1. Registration fees: 1% of the consideration
2. Consent fee: N10,000.00
3. Processing fee: N10,000.00
4. Counterpart copy: N2, 000.00
