With the recent flooding in most part of Lagos, I am wondering which areas are flood free to own a property in Lagos especially close to the Island. It must have been a night mare for those who have invested heavily on properties in areas like Lekki, VGC and Ikoyi. Are areas like Ibeju also affected? Which areas are best to own property in Lagos? |
